Seems like University of Houston is starting to embrace medical research a lot more now. In my opinion with University of Houston being so close to the Texas Medical Center it has a huge advantage in attracting top medical researchers. This is going to be great for the Houston area economy in my opinion.

So according to this news article apartment vacancies are higher now in San Diego than in 2009! What are we to make of this information? Is it simply construction bringing rents down or is it an early indicator of home prices falling next?
