Swiggy spillage issue and no help from the support

I ordered a Mcaloo tikki meal and peri peri seasoning today and received the order COMPLETELY drenched in the drink that I had selected i.e. coca cola, it wasn't even edible it was soaked and soggy, and I contacted the support they wanted to give me a "refund" of ₹30. I paid ₹186 for this order, how is it fair for only ₹30 refund when I paid more than that and couldn't even eat it. when I emailed them it Said that their inbox is too full or received too much mail to receive mine. How am I supposed to contact them about this issue then. I'll attach how i received the order btw.

My friend is applying for need based scholarship (doesn't have a reddit account so I'm posting) and there you have to submit income proof certificate, does anyone know how the certificate should like or can someone send me an example it would really be helpful. Or anything else If you know about it then please share
