During conflict or problem discussions, I am the logical one who is focused on resolution first rather than taking time dissecting what happened. I think it’s unncessary for people to cry during discussions because then feelings are involved and it adds more conflict and complexity to a simple problem. Any tips on how to handle those situations?
Maybe i just want to read that there are people like me coz I really feel down. It feels like something is wrong with me always whenever I have problems involving people and their feelings.
