How deep to bury these tubers?
First timer here! I’m working with a fully potted/container garden for my dahlias. I’ve read that tubers should be buried a few inches in dry soil then watered when sprouts surface. Some of my tubers already have these little sprouts coming from the eye, so should I bury these a few inches completely or leave the sprout peeking out from the soil? I’m planning to plant them in 2gal pots until they root. Any tips are much appreciated!

Purchased 2 Basic level tickets as a pair for me and my fellow traveler. How does check in process work? Should we check in separately and receive our own boarding pass? Check in just once so one person has both passes? I’m concerned about not sitting together since we’re in the basic tier.
