L3 Appeared help me out

Ok so I recently cleared my L2 and am confused registering between feb & august due to full time work. However my question here is generic but its regarding L3 difficulty. Alot of people told me L2 is the hardest, but those same people are telling me L3 is quite weird cause of the essay type questions. I want to have an idea regd how it is so i can prepare accordingly. Do u need to give the same time, effort and follow the SAME STRATEGY like L1 & L2 or does L3 require a different approach (eg like more solving or something)

Urgent Action Required (Need help)

(The Arrows in the image show the direction in which the vehicles move, and the circle drawn is the place where people cross the road from - which is the area of concern in this post)

Its been a couple of months since i started coming in this area for work (Andheri East, Under the Western Express Highway Metro Station, Mota Nagar)

The road as you can see in the image is just an ordinary road with the exception that 3/4ths of the road is used for incoming traffic while 1/4th of it is used for outgoing traffic. Apparently this has been a common practice since years, but there's no warnings signs, speed breakers etc.

The reason i'm pointing it out is cause of personal experience. When a person crosses the road they tend to look for incoming traffic from the only on side of the road (the side that it should only be used for and tend to forget to look on both sides carefully). In the past few months I have seen multiple vehicle accidents, and even more scarier, is that in the past week on TWO SEPARATE occasions, the person crossing the road alongside me failed to look carefully leading them to walk into incoming traffic forcing a car/bike to immediately break almost leading to a serious accident.

Now if this was a bus or a truck this could very much lead to a loss of human life as I have also seen buses & trucks go on high speeds of 40/50 kmph on this route
The reason i'm writing this post is to ask for help/ find a solution to this problem, and raise awareness.

One solution that came across my mind was to request to get a speedbreaker made just before & after the crossing, so that incoming vehicles from both sides of the road would have to slow down. I wanted help bringing this change to action.
Please feel free to drop any suggestions if they are apt in this case

300 hour theory

do you guys think the 300hours theory for each level is correct?
Personally, I am a finance student, but have noticed that I have given significantly more than 300hrs for L1 and L2
