Is this a good team for Glotan?

Is this a good team for Glotan?

hello everyone..I am basically a newcomer to MORIMENS. Started sometime in early July and now almost reached the end of Chapter 5 of Morimens. I did manage to pull G.Lotan and her WOD. I want a Glotan team.

So please help me out, is this a good enough team for Gluten? If not suggest me who to replace with whom and feel free to give me advice regarding team building. Also which teams according to you are the strongest Glotan teams ?

Ngl even though it's been slightly more than 2 weeks since I started this game. I am really enjoying it. Funny i never enjoyed any deck builder gacha before but something about Morimens just makes me tick.

DNA is the top in its category

One thing I noticed about DNA is that a lot of people still look at DNA from the perspective of a gacha. Many in gacha space think Duet Night Abyss has failed because it's not as popular as Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail. But it's such a flawed way of looking at it since DNA isn't a gacha even if they originally intended it to be one.

DNA is a free to play RPG with multiplayer features. It's is not a MMORPG or a hybrid MMO like Where Winds Meet but it can be regarded as a MMO adjacent game. Why am I saying all this ? it's because if you look at all the MMORPG games, hybrid mmo and MMO adjacent games .. DNA actually looks quite good in terms of graphics, character models, mobile optimisation and multiplayer elements.

Basically when you see it from a MMO adjacent standpoint.. DNA will rank in the top 1% of games. All DNA needs to do is make the multiplayer aspects much more engaging and interesting.. further refine it's graphics and make the combat much better than it already is. Also ease up the grind a bit.

If they can manage to accomplish these 3-4 things — they will standout in their genre and with some promotions or a soft reboot ( like wuwa did with Rinascita ) can attract a decent sized chunk of players once more. If DNA were a gacha it would have to compete way harder just to stand out. But being a MMO adjacent game it doesn't need to. Combat is essential imo. I hope DNA devs doesn't ignore it.

In MMO adjacent category you have games like Path of Exile, Warframe, Destiny 2, Crystal of Atlan, Soulworker etc.

Be it Gacha games, MMO games and Hybrid MMO games all have realised combat is most important. A game with lackluster combat will only bore players in long run. That's why even Ananta is working hard to make their combat better.

DNA shouldn't blindly follow other games

Whenever I see DNA discussions Warframe name gets mentioned which is obvious — if i recall correctly the devs mentioned they draw heavy inspiration from Warframe and it's not by any means a bad inspiration to have

However I believe blindly trying to make DNA the next Warframe alike might fail in the long term. What worked for Warframe doesn't mean the same would work for DNA. Besides Warframe has 12 years of development behind it..so it would be harder to replicate the same within 1st year of launch

Also the worst thing is Warframe became available to download on mobile around the same time DNA launched. And i have tried it..Warframe runs really smooth on mobile better than DNA. So the mobile players who are interested in DNA can now play the better product that's Warframe.

This is why I said.. DNA doesn't need to be next Warframe.. they should instead include stuff that's different and perhaps unique. Heck even take some features from popular gacha games ( not the gacha elements ofcourse ). I still they need they need to rework their combat because it gets incredibly boring and repetitive. Better combat is also a huge incentive for players to come in and stay.

DNA needs to develop its own identity which in my opinion it's lacking currently. I know it's easier said than done.

The best example I could give is many games tried to copy Genshin and many of them failed..why? because they all blindly tried copying Genshin when Genshin at its prime. Why would anyone play those wannabe gachas when Genshin was available? The only reason WuWa succeeded because it soon found its direction and tried experimenting with new directions, improvements & features.. Endfield and ZZZ felt different from start

It's about time, DNA should come out from Warframe's shadow and not be afraid of taking risks.

Corpos Messed up

Made a post a week ago and after 2 days after making the post the bad news came from CN server about the game not having any new content cycle or updates also they won't be accepting any new transactions after a month or so.

I made my posts a week ago because I was checking Anime Expo and this year gacha games presence in AX2026 has been strong. Even many smaller games and absolute gooner games had their presence at the Expo.

It got me wondering why is Yongshi not even trying to promote Aether Gazer? AG which is in its 3rd anniversary and is actually quite a decent game compare to most modern gachas — atleast a small presence at AX2026 could have been worth while.

IDK how I should feel about AG going EOS route. The game is effectively dead. I feel extremely disappointed?? this game had so much potential..even I could have marketed the game much better than the absolute shit job Yongshi did. They mishandled the advertisement of this game so much it was criminally underrated and obscure than all of the gachas i have seen in the last 2 years.

Trust me AG players, 90% of the blame goes to the people in charge ( not the developers - the corpos incharge mainly ). If AG could have been actually marketed it would be making atleast 1-2 million monthly. That's around 12-25 million annually. Everything is related to the fact that they did a horrible job promoting this game. Reason why it has such a small playerbase. Even many gacha players don't know a game like Aether Gazer exists.

PS : if you are looking for a similar gacha,

i would highly recommend to give PGR a chance for Aether Gazer players. I do consider PGR & AG as sister games. Kuro games is doing a good job recently promoting and making PGR available globally and on Steam store. PGR was marketed in huge events like AX and now in Bilibili World event in China. Kuro seems to care more than Yongshi and PGR is getting some WuWa funds too. It's is not at the risk of any immediate shutdown. And the devs have confirmed PGR will have a long development lifespan for another 8-10 years. Lore wise PGR is only around the halfway mark..so much more yet to come.

Or wait for upcoming gachas..the Chasing Kaleidorider game looks somewhat promising.

AG absence in Expo

So i have been keeping track of the gaming events and Anime Expo.. and i see old games like PGR had their own separate stalls.. including the most gooner gachas imaginable like Azur Lane and Brown Dust 2. My question is why can't we have a small booth dedicated to AETHER GAZER in these big events ?

Don't tell me Yongshi is bankrupt enough for it. My point is having a stall in such big events does give you a lot of visibility from fans of all types ( have you seen how packed the anime expo this year was? )..it helps a lot in promotions. I keep seeing posts in this subreddit with people saying AG needs more marketing because it's too underrated.

I agree but what is Yongshi doing with the opportunities we have now ? Having even a small booth at these big gaming events, expo and cons could help a lot imo. I would love to hear all your views about this.. do you agree ??

And by no means Aether Gazer is a bad game.. trust me i have played so many gachas..i have seen much worse games which are pure torture to your soul. I do consider AG in the same league as PGR but is even criminally underrated than PGR
