bad pain/restlessness when sleeping

*tw relapse mention no numbers

i dread going to bed because nearly every single night without fail i get bad restlessness, like a constant urge to move my legs and arms and stretch out my torso or it gets so stiff it's painful, no position seems comfortable. if i get up to walk it stops, but as soon as i'm in bed it happens again, it's exclusively a resting thing i'm pretty sure. stretching only alleviates it temporarily

i know this has something to do with my relapse because during all of my relapse/semi recovery cycles this has only happened during relapses and gone away with recovery, but i'm not sure exactly what causes it. if it's the exercising, the restricting, stress or something else. is there anything i can do to fix this (other than recovery. not ready i just need harm reduction options). like some specific routine, or supplement, or a specific food or drink that has a nutrient that'll relieve it somewhat?

how to cope with food shame during outings?

hi all, tomorrow i have an outing i'm going to, and staying home is not an option because i've been terribly depressed inside and desperately want to go out and enjoy myself. however, there will be food involved and it'll be one of the main parts.

i don't want to restrict at all, but i don't know how i'll deal with eating. for context, i have extreme food shame. i can't even be seen around food without feeling ashamed, i hate even talking about food, i can't be seen eating or even drinking anything that isn't water without feeling embarrassed. to me, eating is the biggest moral failure there is, and i feel deeply ashamed and regretful when i eat, it feels like a crime. to make this trickier, my aunt (who's on ozempic, very weight conscious) will be there and i know she won't eat much, may possibly make weight or food related comments, and i overall feel insecure around her because i know she's very conscious about that stuff, and will pay attention to what everyone is eating, which is one of my biggest fears (having my food ogled at/judged) she's not mean or rude about it but just knowing she'll be looking and judging will make me feel bad.

how do i feel less weird about food? i know logically eating isn't bad or shameful but i can't help feeling so bad

how to get over extreme nightime cravings?

it seems like no matter what i do, i get hit with extreme nighttime (90% sweets focused) cravings every single day. i've tried eating more protein, more fiber, eating less sugar and even more, but they hit every night without fail. i am completely fine all day, it only hits at night when i'm in bed and they're intense. they're physical cravings, i get restless, panicked, and can't reason with myself. the craving feels like a NEED and i can't rest until i've had it. it's gotten to the point where i'm sleep deprived, because when i don't give into the cravings im kept awake until i give in. i then often eat until i'm sick, and sometimes it's not even food just straight up spoonfuls of sugar. i can be fine all day, but the moment a single gram of sugar enters me i start gorging on it. is there any way i can fix this without having to take any expensive supplements?
