I’m looking for some interesting weird shops in New Orleans, mostly in the French Quarter and Magazine St areas.
I’ve visited several times, my favorite shops are Road Kill, Dark Matter, Trashy Diva, Kulture Vulture, Rougarou, and Second Line.
Any suggestions that aren’t Marie Laveaus or Hex are welcome and appreciated.
I’m returning to New Orleans for a week at the end of August, mostly because I miss the food and the atmosphere.
I’ve visited several times and have done many of the touristy things enough times that they have become boring. What are some New Orleans deep cuts that I should check out? The weirder the better!
I will not have a car with me so mostly stick to things in the French Quarter or short Ubers from there. I especially love spooky stuff.

I’ve been injecting BPC 157/TB500 (400μg) into my wrist to help with my de quervains symptoms.
I switched to a 1/4” syringe from a 5 /16 and have noticed more pain upon injection as well as blood occasionally appearing at the site of injection. I’ve maintained a 45 degree angle on pinched skin and the 31 G has not changed.
Am I no longer hitting sub q? Any advice?
