My husband (28) and I (27) are going to Maui for the first time in September. (hopefully this is a good time to go lol) I’m a really big swimmer and he’s a big foodie so looking for advice on excursions and best places to eat. We’re staying at the Westin in kaanapali! Definitely want to do a luau but all i’ve seen are ones hotels provide. Any advice and tips and tricks would be appreciated we want to respect the locals as well, so we heard a lot about don’t take shells from beaches and such! thank you in advance!

I have yellow hibiscus bushes planted but they never have flowers on them:(( help
