Hello, my fellow variants. What are your thoughts on Sylvie being the potential Latverian Witch? Not the Scarlet Witch; I am not going with this based on color, but Sylvie is the closest to a reality warper that is not Wanda. We believe Tony Stark, a multiverse counterpart, is playing Dr. Doom, and that Iron Man has helped defeat him, but always admired Loki's thought process, so a Dr. Doom teaming up with Sylvie, a Loki variant, seems like just awesome. What about you? Thoughts please. And then if it happens...Sylvie could be an MCU main in the next phase, possibly!

I started at an employer part-time the week before Memorial Day weekend. I have an approved claim for a prior layoff situation until 8/29/2026. I have no hours during Memorial Week. I filed for a no-hours week from 5/24/2026 to 5/29/2026, as they had no one to train me and, as he said in a text, "couldn't figure out a way to bring me in that week." My employer got the paperwork to verify this at the end of the day on Friday, 6/5/2026, then today, 6/8/2026, I got terminated, no paperwork, no email or text, just a few minutes face to face, and he headed off for vacation. This is possible. Retaliation, terrible timing, and I've only worked 63 hours there over a month. In the first training week, there were no clients; in the second, it was training; in the third, people were unavailable; and in the fourth, it went perfectly. And then today. Do you have any advice? I apologize if this is not the right sub, and I am also wondering if it's a response to the person in the previous position, who burned them pretty badly.
