Hey, I'm Ryn, mtf 21. I'm on 4mg Estradiol and 100 mg Spironolactone daily. I just got my first check up last week a month into hrt. The results said my estrogen was 117.1 pg/ml and my testosterone was 15 ng/dl. I started developing breast buds a week or two into hrt and now have lumps on my chest it's hard to tell if things have slowed or not tbh. I'm wondering if those are good ranges for hormones or not? My doctor said he wants my estrogen between 100 and 200 and my testosterone under 50. I appreciate any advice!
