does anxiety make your performance better or worse?

So, I’ve noticed that whenever I have an exam, presentation, or whatever, if I get nervous beforehand, I usually perform better than when I do it without feeling anxious beforehand. Does this happen to anyone else? Which is weird because I have always heard that anxiety fucks up your performance, but why is it the opposite for me?

I don't have proper vehicle control and steering

As the title says, l have 9 hours of driving classes and l still can't control the vehicle properly and know how much to steer so l end up swerving, not being in my lane, or close to the curb, l told the instructor that l have proplem estimating how much to steer, and she is just yelling and telling me to just look forward and focus and l will know how much to steer but it doesn't seem to help, plus idk if this is related to the problem but l am very short my height is 149 cm, so l am thinking maybe because of my height l have limited view therefore l struggle to estimate how much to steer? If anyone have gone through this please help me🙏🏻

Is it even possible for all people to believe in god?

Us humans we can't all agree on the same thing ever, for example if l said murder is wrong to all 8 billion people l am pretty sure some of them will disagree with me, now my question is if god supposedly knows human nature, then why did he created us knowing that not all humans have the capability to believe in him? For example autistic people, Autistic individuals often process the world through strong systematic logic, direct sensory observation, and literal interpretation. Therefore it is harder for them to believe in god or have faith ,so it almost like he is asking for something impossible or he wants some people to go to hell just for simply the fact that they don't believe in him, how is that fair?

I know some people will probably say but its a free will! No its not free will, there is a difference between personal beliefs and actions, actions are free will, but beliefs isn't, for example if l told someone that l have a super power will they believe me? Or can l force them to believe me? Of course not

the first human appeared 300,000 years ago, why religions only started 10,000 years ago?

Human beings (Homo sapiens) have been on Earth for roughly 300,000 years, but organized, structured religion with clear laws only popped up around 10,000 years ago.

Logically, this makes no sense if we look at it through the lens of a creator.

Think of it like this: If you were the owner of an establishment, would you wait years to finally list the rules? Or would you give your employees/customers the rules and expectations from day one?

btw l am talking more specifically about the Abrahamic religions

Am l too dumb for driving?

So l just started taking driving lessons l only did 4 lessons each lesson is 40 minutes long, and l haven't made much progress, in the driving school that l am in l am supposed to finish car control and parking in 5 to 10 classes max, however in my lessons the instructor keeps telling me that l don't focus enough to be able to drive and l react slowly, and l have problem with directions, plus she keeps yelling at me and l don't feel like she teaches me anything but she keeps criticising me and l feel like she is so done with me and l don't have the patience to deal with me and tell me its my problem because l don't focus, l don't know if its a instructor problem or is it a me problem that l don't focus enough and react quickly??
