So since the past couple of days my laptop has been taking insanely long to boot up. I turn the screen on, it's just a plain black screen. I force restart a few times and then it starts. Tinkering with gemini and it tells me my laptop is stuck is No POST Freeze. I've used the novo pin, turned off quick start, run repairs, i don't know what's wrong with it.

Can someone help?

So i recently replaced my motherboard and since then it's been having a lot of lag and issues. Today i opened task manager at the cpu was stuck at 0.40ghz even though the minimum rate is 3.10ghz. i changed the maximum cpu usage in control panel's power settings, updated bios, it's not a temp issue, and I'm not running any applications either. any fixes?
