I'm getting an iPhone 17 Pro but I'm having a hard time finding equipment for it...

I do a lot of car photography and now that I'm getting a 17 Pro, I will do a lot of car videography. I'm planning on getting an Insta360 Flow 2 Pro gimbal for my phone but I also need space for a CPL Filter that will be compatible with the 17 Pro. Please, if you have an iPhone 17 Pro, could you recommend me some equipment? I don't want to spend too much money though.

I have 400-700 to spend, what should I buy?

My PC is running a bit slow.. I currently have a Dell Inspiron 3910. Could I get some peoples' opinions on what I should upgrade, buy, scrap, or if I need to buy a new case or something, what a good option would be.

Here's some info:
Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 (2.50 GHz)
Installed RAM: 12.0 GB (11.7 GB usable)
Graphics card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 730 (128 MB)
Storage: 246 GB of 1.14 TB used (931gb of HDD, 217gb of SDD)

I was thinking about getting like a 5060 or some sort of good graphics card. I only have an 180W power source.
This is what the inside looks like:
