My college offers a program with another one that'll allow me to get my Computer Science degree and a Engineering degree in a 5 year period. I was wondering if y'all think I should go with this program and get a Master's in Biomedical Engineering with the Engineering degree or if I should just choose one of the two majors.

I'm about to start a Bachelor's in Computer Science but I was thinking of switching to a degree that'll allow me to work in Biomedical/Tissue Engineering. I was wondering what the best undergraduate degree would be?
I'm currently about to start working on a Bachelor's in Computer Science but recently I've been getting interested in Biomedical Engineering and especially want to be involved with Tissue Engineering. Could it be possible it get a Master's in Biomedical Engineering with a Bachelor's in Computer Science assume I take the correct prerequisites? I was also gonna have a Minor in Biotechnology to help the transition. I'm sorry if this is a stupid question.
