Hi! i made a post regarding bodyhair few hours ago and i appreciate the feedback i got!

i have one more question and thats regarding weight and body distribution.

Is there optimal weight to beggin with before being on HRT? currently im 68.5 kg [151lb] and im 195cm [6ft 5]

While im already insecure about my height my goal is once i start HRT next month i would wait like 3-4 months and then start "eating" more to gain some weight, is that right approach? or do i already need to eat from the start?
