Hey everyone, quick question for folks who’ve been interviewing recently specially for someone using the MS stack (.Net, C#, SQL). What’s the current state of technical interviews out there? Are companies still drilling people on the classic fundamentals like OOP, polymorphism, inheritance, etc? Or has the focus shifted more toward system design, LeetCode style puzzles, or practical “build this” tasks?

I have been with my current company for more than a decade and trying to get a feel for what’s actually being asked in 2026 so I know what to brush up on. Any recent experiences or patterns you’ve noticed would help a ton.

Anyone towed with their 2wd drive? Possible to tow a pop-up camper, about 2500lbs loaded, 4 adults and some camping gears in the car? My pilot has a 7 hitch pin connector, no brake controller and does not have transmission cooler. I can maybe install the controller and cooler. Doable or too much for my pilot? Thanks
