i contacted Ulta Support and they said they will have to refund me bc they cant send me what i ordered. (they gave me zero explanation as to why) then lamely said i had to return what i ordered via happyreturn and sent me an email link that lasts 30 days.
i asked if id be automatically refunded and they said yes in 3-5 days. but am i in the clear if i just keep the pink bottle? 😭 i dont live near an ulta i can just casually drop by and i already have issues with my mailman and picking up my mail. I DONT want to lose out on my $60 refund over a $24 option if i keep it.... girlies lmk if theres some invincible tether! this is only my 3rd time buying online and its my 3rd time dealing w terrible shipping experiences with Ulta :(!
