During your fills, do you remove all the outgrows or do you dedicate a specific amount of time to removing outgrows curious to see everyone’s opinion!

Classics or .03?
How many of you still use .12 or .15 lashes? I personally don’t really use them anymore! Now I just use .03 and pick up 3-4 hairs. What’s your guys opinion on classic lashes like .12 or .15?

I’m curious to know everyone’s late policy’s!! I charge 100% for less than 24hours and no shows and if clients are late I do what I can and the time that I have left, but I charged them the full amount. What are you guys do?
