Haven’t used cfw on modded switch in a long time, want to ask about tinfoil

what is it?

Are the games you can get on it update-able?

Can you get DLC on it?

Can you transfer the saves from tinfoil obtained games to switch 2?

And lastly: can you play online with a modded game?
(i’m going to assume the answer is no, but hopeful that modders have made developments :))

My questions are general, but definitely based on Pokémon Legends: Z-A and getting that. Not asking for sources, just a guide. Thank you!

Feather Wallet takes hours to a day to sync upon each tails boot

Each and every single time I boot feather after booting tails it scans 23k+ blocks and takes hours up to a day to fully sync. It is not safe to leave my computer running tails like this.

How to fix?

AI without awful “safety filters?”

I tried Claude, I tried Gemini, and they were great for a while until they clearly took notes from ChatGPT.

Everything is a safety filter. Every prompt I’m told I’m not broken, I am asked if I want to call 988. For things as simple as talking about the theology, science, or even narrative writing.

Holy wow and oh my dictator.

Is there any ai that will at least provide sources on what I’m using it to ask or better yet will provide an answer without asking if I’m all right and if anyone’s around me because I’ve asked for a recipe?

I know at this point any GPTs or AI chat bots are word generators and lying machines and I shouldn’t take their answers at all seriously, especially if safety filters are coming on. But they’ve been useful to me in the past because the answers they generate provide ideas to me or connect to sources and act as search engines better than Google. But Google becomes better than them when safety filters come on for everything. it’s so immensely frustrating when the one purpose I used AI for disappears with the advent of “you are not broken and you need to call 988 for this cereal recipe.”

Is there an AI yet who has not bent to it its programmer’s patristic will?

Note to anyone else for the time being: do not tell the AI you are female no matter what. The safety filters get worse.

How to get a peripheral smear ordered without abnormal CBC?

hi everyone. I still see a pediatrician because I haven’t been able to find a smart adult PCP. 19 female.

I have extreme bone, pain, and unquenchable, thirst, fever, fevers, and sweating as part of my symptoms to name a few. Also a family history of bone marrow disorders. I convinced my PCP that these were good reasons to order a peripheral smear, despite no abnormal CBC.
But LabCorp and quest are refusing despite having a recent one done.
They didn’t even say abnormalities – I mean there is one, a slightly high WBC. It’s been slightly high for months. So I’m not sure why both quest and LabCorp refused to do it.

But I’m just asking how I can get one with normal CBC because stuff can get missed. There are multiple studies about how a smear can reveal something a CBC can miss.

Looking for PCP recs in Central NJ

Hi, 19 yo female with chronic aching pain, fatigue, sweating, fevers, spine and bone pain and more since 16.
Looking for competent adult PCP. My pediatrician sucks, loves the word “idk” seems to forget his training “I briefly recall during school…” (maybe because he’s only an NP?) and just doesn’t do anything. Absolute sweetheart is about it.
I’ve not been able to find an adult PCP who doesn’t dismiss me.
I’ve realized since I need to do a records transfer first, but basically, I need recs for a PCP who doesn’t treat me like a machine, and has a smiling, can-do attitude and most importantly knows something. Will help a complex case.

I find the worst adult pcp experiences so far happens when relaying all my history and symptoms causes the PCP to become overwhelmed and stutter like crazy (why? Are you not a doctor?)

Everyone, but especially if you found someone who helped you be diagnosed, please share your recommendations. It’s probably something terrible and yet really obvious with just one glance (or the right scan, my pediatrician was too scared of denial to send any) like cancer or a neurodegenerative condition because that’s just my luck atm.

No, parents will not help me. They tease me currently.

Thanks in advance.

Best Ultrasound centers in NJ?

Hi, 19F who has lived with an undiagnosed chronic illness since I’m 16. No family that advocate for me at appointment so I’ve had to advocate for myself. Certain I am being dismissed due to being young and female.

About to get an ultrasound of the lymph nodes under my arms because they hurt a lot and are very swollen. What are the best centers in my state (or even my county, morris) that will have accurate scans and people with brains reading them?

I’d even be willing to ask for a best ultrasound centers in New Jersey and travel hours away if I have to. I live with horrible pain, fatigue, and overheating every single day. Thanks in advance.
I know putting my state and county on here is not recommended but I’m desperate.

Edit: Looking for best blood labs as well, if that’s even relevant. I don’t know if it is so let me know. Have some blood tests recently ordered as well. As if that hasn’t been done before with no result.
