Did I make my home network worse?

Had TP-Link AX1800. Switched to TP-Link Deco 7 BE5000 (3 units). Have 2gbps symmetrical fiber.

'Upgraded' because I thought it would cover my home a little better and make Steam Remote Play work a little better, specifically in my bedroom. It has definitely gotten worse, and I think my overall speed and reliability is just worse.

Deco unit 1 is in 1st floor office and is hardwired to the fiber gateway. Desktop in basement is hardwired to this unit.

Deco unit 2 in 2nd floor master bedroom. Steam Remote Play has become practically unusable in the bedroom. Have also tried Moonlight/Sunshine to rule out the remote play feature. It sucks also.

Deco unit 3 is in the detached garage.

Living room is adjacent to the office, and remote play is ok there SOMETIMES, but goes in and out.

Did I 'upgrade' to a worse system? Am I missing something?

I've been saying something was wrong with S&S's shipping configurator thing for a while. Here's what I'm talking about. I live really close to the West Chester warehouse, so I pickup orders most of the time.

I need hats from West Chester today to embroider so I can ship to a band on tour tomorrow. The rest wasn't available in Ohio, so it defaulted to Lockport, IL.

S&S offers free freight over $200 except for dropship (I think you still pay for dropship over $200? Not sure). I should have a $7.50 charge for dropshipping and that's it. There's no exception saying that you must ship from the same location or whatever.

Instead I got $19.10 for shipping from IL and $7.50 dropship.

I caught this error last year some time and found that they owed me about $200 in shipping refunds. It eventually got fixed after I found the ecommerce director on LinkedIn and commented publicly about it. I guess I just got my refund and they didn't actually fix it. Check your orders. They might owe you also.
