I've just released a RenoDX native HDR mod for Bloodborne for shadPS4 0.18.0 and 0.19.0. As well as adding HDR, it has sliders for colour grading, gamma correction, bloom, and chromatic aberration.
It is currently NVIDIA-only, but I'm working on AMD support.
It's in early access for the coming week, and you can access it on the RenoDX discord server: http://discord.gg/renodx
Mod should be complete when the next ReShade release comes out

Just like my Breath of the Wild mod, I've successfully gotten true HDR working in Tears of the Kingdom (even with UltraCam) on Ryubing!
