Hello, I am one of the users who have a dud of an upper screen, and have been patiently waiting for over a week to hear back from AYN support through email towards getting a return label to ship this expensive paperweight back to them for a hopeful replacement. Should it really take this long to receive an email after usually only waiting a few days at most for previous emails?

Hey, all. I got an ANBERNIC RG DS just this week, and I'm enjoying it so far. I've encountered, however, that the Drastic DS emulator has no screenshot hotkey. I know Android devices have a Power + Volume Up (or down) option to take screens, but this is especially clunky when trying to take a screenshot during gameplay when you want to take an action-based shot. Generally, this combo is only good if your character is standing still.

Is there an app I could download that would allow me to map a screenshot hotkey to a button? If so, without a Google Play store option with the RG DS, how would I be able to download it?

Secondly, I was curious if I was doing something wrong when attempting to connect the RG DS to an external monitor like a TV. It doesn't do anything upon connecting, for one. Is the RG DS not powerful enough to display on an external monitor? I know I could connect my Retroid Pocket Flip 2 without an issue, so I was just curious.
