Porn is ruining has ruined my relationships, my work ethic, my hobbies. Mixed with my depression it has really derailed my life. I want to get help, but idk where to start. I've tried to go cold turkey but can't last more than a few days

After replaying the campaign, General Shepard's plot armor in the last mission is insane. In the boat segment, you can shoot at him all you want, and nothing will happen. And then he is in a helicopter crash and still has the strength to fight off the player and price. I mean, there are a lot of moments in the campaign that can be pretty unrealistic, but im willing to suspend my disbelief for but this seems like a bit much. Other than that I absolutely love the campaign
