I'm nearly 80% through but I'm considering DNFing. I really enjoyed the beginning part with the sword in the stone, but as soon as Arthur created his round table it has felt like a slog. I am bored of Lancelot's constant depression and his story with Guenever.

I'm familiar with the legend so I'm guessing that at some point we will cover Mordred killing Arthur but I don't want to slog through the rest of the book if that's just a short part at the end. I just can't with Lancelot and Guenever anymore, I do not care about them and it's making me hate continuing to read.

Can anyone let me know if the focus changes away from them very soon so I should continue? I'm up to where Elaine has just died. Thanks :)
