Why is acap cutoff of AuRo and EXTC so low in vesit

While the cap cutoff of extc and auro remains around 96 97 for non minority. why does it drops drastically in acap rounds to low 60s or 50s . While institutes such as vit , thakur or other in mumbai don't witness such massive drop in percentile through acap

Last year cap 4 ke baad kitni vaccancies thi ?

I have 92.03 percentile. Is there any chance I can get a seat in VESIT through ACAP? EXTC, ECS or AURO any of these branches would work for me. ( non minority)
