I've been watching him since he got his first shop. Forgot where it was, like baker Street or something. I was watching the latest installment of his dream powerhammer rebuild and noticed that it had 2.2m views! They all do! On a blacksmithing YouTube channel! On videos about pouring concrete and rebuilding an oil pump! It has given me hope for humanity.

2 things Alec (if you ever see this post)

1. Jamie has been the greatest addition to your channel in a long time. I was sad when Wil wasn't going to be a regular, but Jamie is an amazing editor and great personality on the channel. Congrats to him on his engagement!

2. Video idea: you vs Mrs Steele in a welding contest.

Would there even have been a fight? If there was a fight, would Luke even bother pulling out his saber? Or, would it have been a legit challenge for him because those are two extremely powerful with with a lot of family baggage?

My laptop needs replacing. To eek out a bit more time before I get a new one I installed ubuntu and it is actually running a lot better. I installed rue octowow client and ran it with wine. It was pretty choppy and clunky. Surprising. So, I did rhe route of loading steam and adding the exe into it as a "non-steam app". Ran buttery smooth that way. I dint have the time to figure out why right now, but I wanted to pass on that that worked well.

I remember seeing BttF on TV when I was a kid and it was the first time I saw a movie where they didn't cover swearing with a beep, but changed the words. I remember when Marty picks up the license plate he said "Geeze Louise " instead of Jesus christ and I loled.

I have a 5 year old and while she is not old enough to watch the movies yet (just for comprehension, not suitability) I do think about the little but of swearing in rhe movie.

That made me think. If you think a kid shouldn't watch it due to the swearing (if you care) do you think the kid is also too young to appreciate the story at all. What are your thoughts on the best age for a first time viewing? My kid doesn't FULLY get the concept of past/present/future yet so I'm waiting

I've always wondered if the experiment would have been like a lightning rod and saved the inner workings of the clock. I know an old guy in 2015 was doing the save the clock tower bit, but he didn't say that the clock hasn't rung since it was hit.

I have always preferred the original, without the mr fusion.
