The light weight adventure spec crash bars aren't compatible with Rtech plastics. Unless you are a wizard with your fingers (ask the missus) and are comfortable on the tools.
You can get them to fit. I used a torx bit and a 5mm spanner to get the final screw in.
Also the missus let me rebuild the bike in the lounge because of the heat! 😅

Just installed a Altrider Clutch arm extension, took about 20 minutes. Mainly because of the crappy circlip pliers.
Just tested it out in the garden and it definitely feels alot smoother than the OEM.
*side note, I'm aware of other, possibly better options but they don't work with the OEM crash bars. And this was on sale.
