Insurance denied what company can I go to??

I used to have wegoby prescribed by my doctor and I was at 2.4 but now I moved over to a new insurance that they have denied it because they don't approve it for weight loss. I was wondering if any other companies you'll suggest I can pay to get it? I have tried ivim in the past before I got my prescription but I wonder if there's a better option unless I guess the charge goes up for most companies if you increase dosage. Does anyone have any documentation of companies to look at or should I just do an AI search??

Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE AX — BitLocker PCR7 binding broken due to firmware TCG log bug (Event 815)

Has anyone else with a Gigabyte Z790 board experienced BitLocker PCR7 binding failures?

I've been troubleshooting BitLocker recovery prompts on my Z790 AORUS ELITE AX (Rev 1.1, BIOS FOa) and have been going back and forth with Gigabyte support for the past week. They had me run diagnostics and remove my GPU to test, which confirmed the issue, but are now trying to deflect it to Microsoft rather than escalate to their firmware team.

Every boot, Windows logs Event ID 815: "BitLocker cannot use Secure Boot for integrity because the expected TCG Log separator entry is missing or invalid." This forces BitLocker to fall back from the stable PCR [7,11] Secure Boot profile to the volatile PCR [0,2,4,11] profile, which triggers recovery prompts after BIOS updates, Windows bootloader changes, or boot order tweaks.

I've done extensive testing:

Confirmed on both BIOS FN (Dec 2025) and FOa (Apr 2026) : same issue on both Applied KB5025885 Mitigations 1+2 (2023 Secure Boot certificates) issue persists Removed my RTX 3090 and booted on iGPU: PCR7 binding succeeded immediately, sealed to [7,11] via Secure Boot Reinstalled the 3090: PCR7 binding fails again, back to [0,2,4,11] The problem is in how Gigabyte's firmware generates the TCG event log when a discrete GPU with an option ROM is present. The EV_SEPARATOR entries are missing or malformed. Other board vendors (ASUS, MSI) handle the same GPU and option ROM correctly on Z790 - PCR7 binds fine.

Gigabyte support cited a Microsoft article saying option ROMs can prevent PCR7 binding. But Event 815 specifically says the TCG log separator entries are invalid : that's a firmware implementation issue, not an inherent option ROM limitation. If it were, every board with a discrete GPU would fail, not just Gigabyte.

My setup:

Z790 AORUS ELITE AX, Rev 1.1 BIOS FOa (April 2026) Intel i7-14700K NVIDIA RTX 3090 (Gigabyte branded) Windows 11 Pro, Build 26200 BitLocker enabled (org managed) Anyone else seeing Event 815 on a Gigabyte board with a discrete GPU? Curious if this is isolated to my board or a wider firmware issue across the Z790 lineup. If you're not sure, check Event Viewer under Applications and Services Logs, Microsoft, Windows, BitLocker, BitLocker Management and look for Event 815.
