Advice for an interstate move to GJ?

Hi, ya'll of the sub, I am starting to plan a move from Oklahoma to Grand Junction (possibly permanently, at the very least for a few years) and I wanna know how hard it might be to get a job due to me being relatively young (24) and mostly having worked food / service jobs before now (I work at a hospital currently). I .. also have no car at the moment.

I aim at the earliest for mid-November but if I have to endure Oklahoma longer to avoid the holiday traffic and whatnot, December or January. But I am in the midst of trying to plan this out finanically so I have at least some amount of savings for this.

Relocating to Grand Junction, CO ideally at the end of 2026, early 2027. What should be my budget?

Some details - I am a 24 year old with no kids, no pets of my own and work now just 1 job of 16 an hour.

I want to move out to Grand Junction but I also do not have a car or much but some DVDs, plushies and a desktop computer setup (and my important documents). I ain't sure of my budget nor if I can reasonably move the desktop computer tower and its stuff. All I got pretty much is the bus due to my anxiety about airplanes and my driving skills.. also kinda sucking bad.

A dedication to Kirby's Dream Land 2!

I drew this last month for a prompt on another website and despite my nervousness with posting here, figured maybe this might be cool? I like the Rainbow Sword but it has rarely got any love in recent titles.. thus the art! <:3
