Is there a method to make a center turning lane shared by two opposing sides of traffic? These are fairly common in the USA. Curious if anyone has done this in their builds.

Unrelated, can road lines be built into a template within road builder or another method? Removing the need for manually adding net lane lines after a road is placed?
