Plenty of bastardly things have gone on as comical business idiot villain Beau Higgenbotham refuses to negotiate in good faith with my wife’s union representing the nurses at the Baltimore area’s only hospital with unionized nurses. if anyone is bored it’s going to be hot out. We march at dawn.

Planning updates to almost 40 year old deck but want to keep cca original frame. Ledger never flashed. All wood is mint. Send it or do-over?

Boards are in worse shape. Prior owner abused it w power washer and looking to do over w ipe. But the ledgers. How the hell has this not rotted off? No flashing. Inside i can see from basement is bone dry. This is after 3 days of rain w clogged gutters from tree orgies and related debris. Risk trading a good 40 year old frame of obviously cca treated for new? slide flashing in over top when i open it up and pray? Siding it’s going through is cedar.
