I did three months of working out 3 years back, then picked it up again in April (with more fat than before). So not optimal, but I still feel I've leveraged noob gains well.

6 day ppl for the most part, I do feel my plant based diet gives me a recovery edge on my friends

If you're not where you want to be right now, comparing old pics with the new can be a welcome surprise

I've not really been pleased with my physique ATM because I'm carrying too much fat. For the first time in ages I took some posed pics, then went and compared them with old ones. Realising how much muscle I've actually gained is a good feeling. You don't see the full picture when you look in the mirror.

Hoping anyone who's a little dejected with their perceived progress can have a little win like that one

3 months back working out (6 months total) and rapid plant strength gains have me maxing out the dumbbells at PureGym - 50kg, today we're doing 54kg 💅🏼

Plz advise on a better way to set this up as the Ez curl bar is real precarious

Facebook marketplace addict tests new purchase in the midst of a Victorian building site

I'm very proud of my large £40 pull up bar. 2m (6'6) doorframe and 2.7m (8'10) ceiling for scale
