Actually i cleared aibe 21 in July 18 under pass(undertaking)and i have applied for state bar council of Maharashtra and Goa but due to name mismatch in semester 5 and 6 LLB marksheet state bar council of Maharashtra and Goa has rejected the application and told me to re-upload it again. Now the problem is i have already given for correction to the college but it seems to take more time from Mumbai University and i am unable to do anything. Please help me what to do

- can i submit a notarized undertaking to the state bar council of Maharashtra and Goa?

- should I wait for corrected marksheets ( waiting corrected marksheets seems time consuming)

- should i re-apply for upcoming aibe 22

- should I claim outer limit of 1 year ( how to get outer limit of 1 year) as per the rule students who have appeared aibe 21 as a final year law student will get outer limit of 1 year from the date of examination under verifiable circumstances

I have cleared AIBE 21 by giving undertaking and i have received my online result in mumbai university but not yet received my semester 6th original marksheet. Can anybody let me know that how to apply and how much time it takes to get enrolled with State bar council

Also i want to ask one thing, my semester 5th and 6th online marksheet has name typing error in which my father's name has been added twice, what can be further done about it? I have already given the 5th semester marksheet for correction and it may take time to arrive fresh marksheet, i have xerox copy of my 5th semester marksheet.

Till then what can be done further I have to enroll and submit my enrollment certificate within 6 months

Hey guys! I have recently graduated LLB and i have noticed that I have different prn number in bcom and LLB graduation. Both the graduation was done in mumbai university. I just wanted to know if there is any solution for this prn number issue? What can be done now? I have informed my law college about it and they said they will figure it out but i want this problem to be solved as soon as possible. Does anybody have any solution can be really helpful for me please
