I beat the game and was told theres a night mode you can turn on. How do you do that?

I remember hearing a story about a teaser trailer of wind waker before it released and it had a different art style and i remember there being people that were upset that the art style changed to a cartoony style. Does anyone have footage of what it was before they made that change?

When i play dkc3 i get these red and green waves going down my screen horizontally after a while. And other games like doom or starfox are just like that on startup. My psu is rated for 9v 850ma but its third party. Its like this big brick with no weight to it and is cheaply made. After doing some research ive heard that the power supply can cause video interference but im confused because though i have a cheap power supply its still the correct rating. Should i get a better power supply? I know that oem isnt necessarily an option anymore because their capacitors are going out these days. What should I do?
