I had filed a case in the small claims tribunal at DIFC courts, where at the hearing with the judge, the defendant agreed to the payment of an amount at a certain date. This was then agreed by me, and SCT issued a consent order for it.

But, now the date has already crossed and there's no update on the payment yet, despite reminder sent via email.

What way should I proceed with now? Can someone guide?

The original amount was more than AED 15k, but we finally decided to lower it to less than 10k. ​

We have been using zoho cliq for our admin and accounts, but our site team still uses whatsapp.

We want to bring them into zoho cliq too, but I'm just wondering what if it doesn't work out?

Currently we use WhatsApp for messages, voice notes, site installation pictures/videos, site updates

These are individuals who are not at all techno savvy, or very literate for that matter.

Has anyone gone through such an experience? And is zoho cliq a better product to transfer to from WhatsApp or is there something else available with even lower friction?

Wanted to ask if anyone did it, and how is it going? ​What's the process? ​

Thinking for my kids about it, but want to hear from parents who actually went through it.

Long time lurker, and finally thought I'll enlighten you all with my infinite wisdom which descended to me from somewhere ;p

Anyways, I've met and heard many people criticise AI, and actively discourage it's use. And mostly they have become like this because​ they asked something from the AI, and it didn't answer it right, or completely got lost.

​​What I've noticed is, many people are just blankly prompting, and expecting to get a polished app/website etc. ​​​This results in:

• Getting unsatisfactory results
• Burning unnecessary tokens​

And then they would blame AI for it.

When infact, AI should be treated as a car. You don't just sit in a car, turn the ignition on, and press the accelerator, without using your hands/limbs etc to control the steering wheel. You don't expect the car to just magically get you to your destination. The car is just a tool, you are the one who guides it, and uses the tool to reach your destination, so you could get enlightened.

We do automatic doors such as rolling shutters, garage doors, traffic barriers.

It seems nowadays, everyones cash strapped, or holding off projects. We have quite a certain amount of receivables, with PDC in our hands from clients, but they have asked us to hold off depositing them, and others are just dodging to pay.

And with new orders almost dried up, cash flow is in a very precarious situation.

Will be helpful if we can be connected with relevant stakeholders.

Not looking for largescale projects, as that is out of our capacity. ​​​​​​​​
