Hello friends! I read a short story a few years back, I think it was part of a larger horror, thriller, or sci-fi anthology, I believe by a single author. It took place on a Disney-esque cruise ship with mascot characters, and the inhabitants believe that the world is over. After someone goes missing, I believe notes were found, and we make our way off the ship to find >!that there are people on shore rebuilding the world.!< I'm thinking that the main characters were a mother and daughter, and it ends on a hopeless note as >!the child wants to build community while the parent is so tired and thinks about how much work this will be.!<Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Hello all! Adult dancer returning to ballet. I've been keeping my slippers in the plastic baggie they came in (tossed into my dance bag), but in the humid summer, I'm thinking that mesh (maybe with a silica packet) would be a better call. Any tips/tricks?
