My company is a moderately established company with almost 60%of market share 2 years ago. But a small competitor company came up and started flooding the internet(reddit, quota, Amazon and all relevant market places) with all positive reviews of them and all negative reviews about mine. Even though it has only 10% market share, the number of people talking about it is 10 times that of my company. Obviously we have 6-7x more users, but our share has been declining due to them flooding the internet and manipulating the AI models to recommend their products. They have been running manipulating and untrue things about us blatantly.
