tiktok seller sent an odd message request
hi sellers!! i’m an affiliate, and got a weird message tonight from a tiktok brand ive been working with. i’ve promoted multiple products of theirs and they never seemed shady. i can’t post a picture, but the message reads as follows:
“Hi, l'll be launching a lot of new products soon, but it might take some time for them to arrive in stock. I'll send you samples in advance so you can be among the first to try them out and share some great videos.
Also, I need your help with something: once a customer places an order, I'll send the product to you first, and then a courier will come to your place to pick up the package and deliver it to the customer. Would that work for you?”
the last part of their message has genuinely made me speechless! why on earth would they want to send me the package first to then ship to a customer ??
i haven’t responded yet bc i genuinely don’t know what to say, but i wanted some of your seller opinions on this lol
