Trying to try out some Strong8k subs but the site wont accept paypal or cc?

What are people in the UK using to pay?

So me and the wife went to see a Hyundai ioniq 38w at the weekend took it for a spin and paid a £99 deposit to reserve it as we both liked it.

We have a week before collection as it hasn't gone through pre sale checks yet but after googling the vin number and license plate it is showing a recall on Hyundai's website for a potential battery issue. Obviously I rang the car supermarket and they said they weren't aware of a recall and would get back to me.

A quick internet search doesn't really answer if legally the sellers have to sort the recall before sale or not....

Question is would this put you off buying it? Or should I demand it's sorted before payment and collection?

I'm not an experienced car buyer so a bit hesitant.
