What are yours?

This is mainly a vent post, but advice would be lovely. I have been single for a while and I tend to be very dysfunctional when I am (I am in extensive therapy and am working on it among other things). But I feel like I know every lesbian my age and in my area (and don’t want any of them because they’re my friends), and I’m sort of losing hope.

Its been really hard for me lately, especially since I told my best friend that I didn’t want to date for a while (to be around her more), and then soon after she hit me with the fact that she was actively looking. I am in no capacity upset at her, it just made my excuse for being willingly single stop working.

I know that other lesbians deal with this too, does anyone have any advice?
