High cyanuric acid in pool. We are in a drought. Help!

New to this whole pool thing. The guy at Leslies said we have to drain half the pool. We are in a drought. Can we just backwash little by little each day? Cyanuric acid was at 127 ppm. He said drain the pool halfway and refill. Which I have read online. Can we just backwash a few times a week and refill? And what is the best liquid chlorine to get? I was using the 3 inch tabs and didnt realize it had cyanuric acid

Mange

I just got Bravecto from a wildlife center. 2 fox kits in my yard have it and each had 1 pill of Bravecto
I did some research and says their den may still have mites. We live in the woods and after dark is when they run off to their den
I am hoping the Bravecto works. I will be sure to update with pictures. So far it has been almost 24 hours and neither are itching (as far as we see)

The first picture is the kit falling into a 1 hour deep sleep shortly after him taking the Bravecto!!!!

Tick positive for lyme and babesia microti

I just called my doctor to let them know the tick i got bit by has lyme and babesia microti and they won't prescribe me antibiotics. Now what? Urgent care? They told me i have to wait until I test positive to give me antibiotics, but those tests aren't always accurate
