depositing my points into my schwab roth ira?
I don't have the roth ira as an option on the amex website. How are people able to deposit into their roth? it only shows my cash management account and brokerage.

i've been taking enzymes for three years, and have struggled with terrible abdominal pain. it seems I need around 6000 lipase per gram of fat to control the steattorhea. but according to guidelines you are not supposed to go over 4000 lipase per gram of fat. I wonder if my pain and other side effects are because I am overdosing on enzymes. When I try to stop or cut down on my enzymes, then I get terrible gas, bloating and steattorhea.
I've been struggling with gastroparesis, epi, recurring sibo, chronic hepatitis and chronic pancreatitis for 3 years now and no improvement. My main issue is with the enzymes. because I have gastroparesis, the enzymes stay in my stomach too long and eventually the coating breaks down and has caused me severe gastritis, confirmed by endoscopy. I have found no solution to this problem. taking medications to reduce acid make the enzymes break down even faster in my stomach. and coating the stomach with something like sucralfate makes the enzymes stop working. anyone else have this issue? I have tried medications for speeding up stomach emptying and they didn't work. I feel like the only option left is to try a botox injection or just go right to a feeding tube. but the doctors don't want to do it and have dismissed me since I have been able to maintain my weight (bmi 14.5 though). I have slow solid and liquid emptying.
My employer’s third-party payroll processor failed to execute a Roth 401(k) deferral on my last paycheck, resulting in the funds being paid to me as taxable income. My employer caught it and notified me by email the next day. Their suggested remedies were writing a personal check to the plan provider or increasing my future contribution percentages. I don't think these account for the market gains lost during the 10 business days the funds have now remained out of the market (I have not done anything in response up to this point). Under ERISA and IRS Revenue Procedure 2021-30, I understand the employer is responsible for a formal correction that includes a "make-whole" deposit for lost investment earnings. Are they attempting to shift the burden of their administrative error onto me? Is what they are doing legal, and should I push back or make a fuss over one missed contribution? I fear making a fuss could put me on the executive team radar and possibly get me fired in the long-run (regardless of legality).
