Yikes! NYT gaslighting us claiming Potomac is “struggling” like Miami but RHOBH, RHONY and Jersey are “hitting the jackpot”

My nana painted this girl while painting at the New Orleans Arts and Crafts Club. This pic was kept under a shelf in her den with empty frames and posters. She had no other oil portraits. She told me the girl was a ragamuffin from the wharf; she was sad because she had iron shaped burn marks on her back. Went there in 2020- the courtyard is like a time machine. I have spent hundreds of hours probably staring at her over the years-she’s been in my house for 20 years. Who was this little girl????
