Upgrading from CUCM 11.5 (finally)

So, we are looking options for upgrading/replacing our current VoIP setup which uses CUCM 11.5 (I know...). The powers that be want a full report of what we are running: hardware specs for the host and vm servers, site listing, phone listing, user listing, call centers in use, etc. Is there an "easy" way to get all of this information or is it just going to be a hunt and peck sort of project?

Damo Mitchell books

I've seen his name pop up a couple times and wondering if anybody has read any (all?) of his books? If so, are they worth going through, is one book better to start with than another?

Thanks in advance

Hey, so I'm not getting any younger (will be 50 this year) and spending the rest of my working life sitting in front of computer doesn't appeal to me. I've spent the last 15 years or so as a network engineer, focusing mainly on LAN support (large company, we have small departments for everything, this is where I got put and don't mind it). I started in field services doing hardware setups and support and enjoyed the hands-on aspect, but not sure if my body can handle that sort of work anymore (it was a lot of heavy lifting, ladder climbing, etc). I do have an interest in cybersecurity, but not sure if my age would be a detriment for starting to get into that field and it seems like just more sitting in front of a monitor work. I do find wireless technology interesting with site surveys and setups (the field work that I enjoyed) and was wondering if there is a career path there?
