search suggestion ban not lifting after 10 days of inactivity?

my twitter account seems to have almost no discoverability and I’m trying to work out if I’m genuinely shadowbanned or if this is just normal for a new NSFW account.

the account is about a month old and is an NSFW account that I use to promote my Fansly. I originally had my Fansly link in my bio, but I never posted the link in my tweets.

when I first started, I scheduled around 5 posts a day using X’s own scheduler on the website. They were spaced out by several hours so I thought that would look natural I also used quite a few hashtags on some posts

my account has only grown to around 40 followers and most posts get very little engagement. There’s other creators who started around the same time and they’re getting thousands of followers and tens or even hundreds of thousands of views and I struggle to get barely 100–1,000 impressions :/

I checked my account on one of the am I shadowbanned checker websites and it’s been saying I have a search suggestion ban for probably 2 weeks

my username doesn’t appear in search suggestions, my profile is difficult or impossible to find from another account, tweets don’t show up in search even when searching the exact text, if someone who isn’t logged into Twitter visits my profile it says I haven’t posted anything, even though I’ve made around 100 posts.

what’s confusing is that I checked another nsfw creator who gets a lot more engagement than me even though our accounts are both 1 month old (she has around 2k followers and 150k+ views on posts) and the same website also says she has a search suggestion ban too so I’m not sure how accurate those tools really are but the way you can’t find my account at all and how I’m getting no traction surely means I am shadow banned?

since noticing the issue I’ve tried to fix everything I can think of I’ve removed my Fansly link from my bio, I deleted posts with lots of hashtags, turned on the setting to mark all media as sensitive, deleted older posts that said they contain sensitive info, I even tried submitting an appeal to X but it wouldn’t let me and said there are no account issues or bans which I don’t understand.

it’s been about 10 days but nothing has changed I’m really giving up hope

has anyone experienced this with a new nsfw account? did your search visibility eventually return on its own, or is there anything else I should be checking?

should I just give up this account and maybe make a new one and swap the username to the new one (unless that would trigger a ban because it’s used on a search ban account rn) and try grow on a new one? how can I make sure my new account wouldn’t get search suggestion banned?

please help me 😭

I have 180lbs to lose, how can I make sure I lose it the best way and minimise loose skin?

hi :) I’m a 21f 5’8” currently 311.8 lbs. My goal weight is around 130 lbs, so I have almost 180 lbs to lose.

I previously lost about 70 lbs when I weighed a bit less but I did it in a really unhealthy way by heavily restricting calories and doing lots of cardio, I know it’s silly but I was just desperate to be “skinny and pretty” but I just ended up feeling weak skinny fat and had loose squishy skin everywhere that I hated. I got depressed stopped trying and gained it all plus more back.

As much as I’m angry with myself for getting this heavy I’m trying to take it as an opportunity to do right by my body and health, this time I want to do it properly, even if it takes several years. I feel like I have a healthier mindset now and just genuinely want to lose weight the right way.

My biggest goal is to lose as much fat as possible while preserving/building muscle and minimising loose skin. I’m not trying to become muscular or look like a bodybuilder id just like to look slim, feminine, toned and feel prettier and (sorry cringe) sexy. Also physically I struggle doing basic things and would love to just feel lighter.

I have a few questions if that’s okay:

🌸 what’s the best ways to minimise/most important things to prioritise to minimise loose skin?

🌸 I worked out my TDEE at around 2800 calories so is eating 500 less than that at around 2300 enough of a cut?

🌸 How much protein should I aim for? I see people say 1g per 1lb of body weight but I’m assuming that’s for healthy weighted people I don’t have to get 300g of protein a day right that’s gonna be so hard especially as a vegetarian 😭

🌸 Should I just focus on fat loss right now for the first 50ish pounds and then start lifting or start weight training asap?

🌸 I currently live a very sedentary lifestyle so is it okay to gradually build up exercise with just bodyweight exercises or light resistance bands or should I just start with weights?

🌸 if I lose weight from just calorie deficit at the start without lifting will I get more loose skin?

🌸 For people who lost 100+ lbs, what kind of strength training made the biggest difference? I genuinely know nothing about workouts like that but I want to try. People always say build muscle to fill in the loose skin but I feel like that works better for men who want huge muscles, as a girl who just wants to be yes toned but still slim and pretty I feel like I’ll have a bigger chance of loose skin being more visible than if I wanted a muscular physique right?

🌸 Should I take things like creatine for muscles and collagen for less loose skin or are they pointless? Are things like bio oil, dry brushing or massage etc actually worth doing, or are they mostly a waste of time?

🌸 if you’ve lost a large amount of weight, what do you wish you’d started doing from day one?

🌸 How do I not let it consume me and get unhealthily addicted to ‘losing fast no matter what’ again? How do I know I’m at a good balance between not doing too much and not doing too little?

I’m trying to think long-term rather than just getting the number on the scale down as quickly as possible. Being 21 now the thought of it taking until I’m maybe 25 before I have a body I like sucks but the time will pass either way and I don’t wanna keep sitting around sad and over eating anymore.

I’d really appreciate hearing from people who’ve lost a significant amount of weight, whether you had loose skin or not. Any advice or experiences would be really helpful and I’m sorry this is long I’m just anxious I’ll dislike my body when I lose weight again and want to do it right this time.

thank you! 💕
