I live on a dead end street. there's only a few houses on my block. the people that moved in less than a year ago have installed a small security camera about 15ft high on a telephone pole that faces the last intersection before our street. I know that's not their property to be hanging things from. do I just ignore it? it kinda creeps me out. I know they could just do the same thing with a more expensive camera from the corner of their house.
