I used to watch this one all the time as a kid. It got panned by critics, no one saw it, then it was largely forgotten. I think its a great little movie. Plus, it's got the bad guy from Kindergarten Cop playing the bully.
After 30 years in the scene so far, if I taught a class on the history of hardcore, I wouldn't hestitate to cover this band.
This is the "Rolling Stone" list of the top 100 best punk rock albums of all time-There's hardcore throughout this list.
At first I looked at it and I was laughing at it simply because it's Rolling Stone, not Terrorizer or Hit Parader. Then I quickly retracted as I read on and appreciated the curation. I don't know about the motivation behind each album's numeric place, genuinely, as I have not heard a lot of these albums.
That's my fault➡️but I will. Would love to know what people think.
PS I scrolled through most of it and didn't see the misfits. Please someone tell me I simply missed it. This will also be posted in the Punk reddit for relevance.
