Cell refused to charge to over 4V

I recently salvaged some cells from my old project. Have been charging them on and off for about 2 weeks and 1 cell refused to go over 4V. Other cells are reading 4.18V to 4.16V, just this one cell that refused to go back up. What should I do with it?

Backup on the same chasis/device vs RAID

A weird question to ask but what are the differences? I planned to pick up some 3TB hard drives this week and I just keep wondering about this.

I know RAID is not a backup but I don't know if a backup on the same device has any benefits over RAID.

I also plan to automatically back up all important data to two 1TB 2.5 inch HDD that I kept offline in a USB enclosure.

Coffeetime mod and 8th gen Xeon desktop chip

I found a lot of spare Xeon 8th gen (Xeon e2124 and similar) going for what is essentially dirt cheap used and a lot of used LGA 1151 and LGA 1151v2 mobo (no workstation mobo).

After some research I saw that I can run Xeon on LGA 1151 with Coffeetime mod but I mainly saw this done with laptop chip modded to run on desktop, has anyone successfully mod a LGA 1151 mobo to work with desktop Xeon before? Is there anything I should be aware of when attempting to do this?

AP disappeared from DHCP and cannot be access via browser but is still working?

I recently set up a Cudy AP 3000 as an AP by going to the AP and set the IP to static at 192.168.1.2 and my main router is at 192.168.1.1 . At first I can reach my AP at 192.168.1.2 just fine but now I can't, the AP somehow doesn't show up on DHCP lease of the main router. How can I access it again?

I always found Powmr solar chargers and inverters often go on sale for dirt cheap. I tried going through facebook but I could only found Filipino posts which doesn't translate well. Google search from online forums return mostly 1 to 2 years failure rate in Europe and the US but I wonder how it will fair in SEA.

Temperature here often reach 30 to 40ºC or more and high humidity enviroment.
