So I was a Christian for about 15 years (since I was a child), but an ex of mine asked me a lot of questions I was afraid to ever ponder myself. How could God be omnibenevolent if his kill count is estimated to be in the millions? How could he sit by while children endure absolutley heinous things? (i.e. Epstein and the genocide in Gaza, just to name two of many many many...) Things like that. And it really got me thinking. I am now a Satanist (atheistic and romantic).

I've been reading randomly through the Bible lately, highlighting verses that make me uncomfortable and putting sticky notes with my thoughts on them. It's felt very freeing to read it without thinking the creator of the universe would be mad at me if I didn't lol.

What's insane to me is the amount of times where I'll read passages and not know whether it's God or Satan speaking. Them supposedly being two complete opposite sides of a spectrum is hilarious considering how similar they are. The venn diagram is one circle...
